Refund Policy for long distance clients
Refunds or exchanges will only be allowed if you received the wrong order. Grillz are made to fit your teeth mold. If your teeth mold is not accurate then your grillz might not fit your teeth and we cannot reimburse you. If you're having trouble wearing your grillz then get in touch with us or a local grillz maker in your area for help.
Refund Policy for in-person clients
No refunds. Exchanges will only be allowed if you received the wrong order or if the grillz do not slide over your teeth. Grillz that either clip on or hold with dental adhesive will not be exchanged or refunded.
