How it works:

  1. After finalizing your design in person, we will take a mold of your teeth and require a 50% deposit. Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, or e-transfer. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
  2. Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design, typically 2 to 6 weeks. You will be notified once your grillz are ready, and a pickup appointment can be scheduled. Pickup appointments may take up to one hour, so please plan accordingly.
  3. During your pickup appointment, adjustments are always expected to ensure a perfect fit. Once your grillz are comfortable and properly adjusted, we will review aftercare, proper usage, and precautions. Once the balance is paid, you may leave with your grillz. Please note: Grillz that clip on or use dental adhesive cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  4. If you forget any instructions, please refer to our grillz aftercare page for proper care and maintenance guidance.
